Initial Enquiry
Begin by submitting your details through our application form.
Secure Submission
Once your application has been received, you will be provided with a secure email address and an exclusive access code to your private client vault. This enables you to upload your medical questionnaire, dental images, and any supporting information safely and confidentially.
Your vault is accessible only by you, DSA, and your chosen dental provider.
X-ray Appointment
DSA will arrange for you to attend a local imaging centre to obtain the necessary dental scans required for your assessment.
Clinic Quotation and Treatment Plan
Once your application is complete, your file will be forwarded securely to the UKODA Alliance clinic of your choice.
The clinic will then review your information and provide a proposed treatment plan and quotation directly through your personal coded online vault. This ensures that all communication remains secure, confidential, and accessible only to you and your selected dental provider.
Ongoing Support
Throughout the entire process, DSA will remain on hand to assist with your arrangements from initial enquiry through to completion.
